Dr Reddy's allots ADRs to staffers

Hyderabad, Sept 23

The compensation committee of the board of directors of Dr Reddy's Laboratories Ltd has allotted 21,800 American Depository Receipts (ADRs) of Rs 5 each of the company to the US employees of the company who had exercised their ADR stock options. The allotment was made in accordance with Dr Reddy's Employees ADR Stock Option Scheme, 2007, the Hyderabad-based pharma major informed BSE. -Our Bureau
