“Cyclone shelters, shelter-belt/mangrove plantations and link roads to vulnerable habitations would be taken up under this project,” he said after the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, Dr Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy, released a book brought out by NDMA on disaster management guidelines here on Wednesday.
