Unitech gets spectrum for 2 circles

New Delhi, Sept. 26

Unitech has been given start-up spectrum for two more circles by the Department of Telecommunications. The real estate major, which has recently acquired licences for offering telecom services said it has been informed about the allotment of 4.4 MHz of spectrum in Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh (West). With this, Unitech have been allotted initial spectrum in 12 service areas out of 22 service areas for which they have got the licence. —
