Our Bureau

Mumbai, Sept. 30 The Bombay High Court on Tuesday adjourned the hearing in the dispute between Reliance Natural Resources (RNRL) of the Anil Ambani group and Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL), over the supply of natural gas from RIL controlled Krishna-Godavari gas fields till October 6.

The matter could not be heard as division bench comprising Mr Justice J N Patel and Mr Justice K K Tatde was not available for the hearing. The restraint order on RIL that forbids it from selling natural gas from its KG basin gas fields to third parties still continue.

Reliance Industries had on September 21 that it will be ready to sell gas from its Krishna Godavari offshore basin from the January-March quarter next year.
