Karnataka Bank raises Rs 200 cr

Mangalore, Oct. 1

The Mangalore-based Karnataka Bank Ltd has raised Rs 200 crore via bonds. The bank informed BSE on Wednesday that it has raised Rs 200 crore by issue of unsecured non-convertible subordinated bonds (lower tier 2 bonds) in the nature of debentures on private placement with a tenor of 10 years. - Our Bureau
