BoR raises deposit rates

Mumbai, Oct. 2

Bank of Rajasthan has increased the rate of interest on fixed deposits of one to two years, by 35 basis points, with effect from October 1. The rate has been hiked to 10.6 per cent (10.25 per cent). For senior citizens, the rate has been hiked to 10.85 per cent (10.75 per cent), said a press release from the bank. The rates for deposits of other maturities have not been changed. –
