Overseas Investments Dynamatic buys UK aerospace co
Bangalore, Oct. 6 Dynamatic Technologies Ltd has informed stock exchanges that it has acquired a UK-based company making aeronautic components for around $16 million (around Rs 76 crore). The unnamed 35-year-old UK company is a profitable one that manufactures highly engineered aeronautics components and toolings and specialises in complex 5-axis machining. Located at Bristol, close to its customers’ sites, the UK company counts Airbus, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Agusta Westland, GE Avi ation Systems, Magellan Aerospace and GKN Aerospace, Dynamatic said in its notification.
