Hexel-Swiss Health accreditation

Hexel Healthcare Consulting, provider of comprehensive consultancy services for the healthcare industry, has tied up with Sonnenhof Swiss Health Ltd to provide accreditation to hospitals and other healthcare institutions. The accredited hospital can claim to be a ‘Swiss Leading Hospital’. According to Mr Ramamurthy, CEO, Hexel, under the pact, the company will impart training to critical personnel of client’s establishments and facilitate quality accredit ation from Swiss Health. The accreditation will emphasise on compliance with ethical standards and patient safety initiatives, among others. The Indian healthcare industry is expected to grow to $60 billion by 2010 with over a lakh medical tourists visiting the country every year.
