IEEE silver jubilee

Thiruvananthapuram, Nov. 24

A national conference on `Web++: Web 2.0, 3.0 and beyond’ will be held here on Friday and Saturday as part of the silver jubilee celebrations of the Kerala Section of the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers). The year-long celebrations would see local chapters of the engineering professional societies, the Computer Society of India, the Institution of Engineers India and the IEEE, jointly organise several technical events. Mr Amarnath Raja, Chair, IEEE-Kerala Section, said that the national conference would also feature an exhibition of innovative technologies. – Our Bureau
