Our Bureau

Centrum group, a financial services provider, has opened its first branch, and the 69th in the country, here recently, according to a press release.

The group has 23 branches in the South and it plans to open a hundred more branches during the current financial year.

According to Mr Guruprasad, the Executive Director, the group caters to the forex and travel needs of high net worth individuals, retail investors and corporates.

He says in the release, "Visakhapatnam is an emerging market, as many students are travelling abroad for higher education and there are many tourists and business travellers. We extend our services specifically to the port trust, Vizag steel plant and the HPCL." - Our Bureau
