The Hindu Business Line : CII to hold ‘Krishi Vikas 2009’ in Nov

New Delhi, June 29 The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) has announced an exhibition showcasing emerging technologies in farming, horticulture, dairy and poultry.

The international exhibition and conference, ‘Krishi Vikas 2009’, will be held later this year between November 6 and 8, at the College of Agriculture, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

According to the chamber, companies such as Mahindra & Mahindra, Crompton Greaves, Farm Implements (India), Kuhn SA, KSB Pumps, have confirmed their participation.

Scheduled to start before the kharif season, the exhibition will help farmers understand the latest techniques and gain knowledge in agricultural development through a two-way dialogue.
