Financial Performance Corporate Results - Software Cranes Software Q4 net slips
Bangalore, July 1 Cranes Software International Ltd, which provides statistical analytics and engineering simulation software products, has reported a 11.5-per cent decline in consolidated net profit for the quarter ended March 2009, while its revenues grew by half over the corresponding last quarter. Cranes reported a net profit of Rs 28.07 crore on revenue of Rs 140.44 crore for the quarter-ended March 2009, compared with a net of Rs 31.12 crore on revenues of Rs 80.48 crore in the corres ponding quarter last year. For the year-ended March 2009 it reported a net profit of Rs 121.3 crore on revenues of Rs 528.9 crore compared with a net of Rs 115 crore on revenues of Rs 398.6 crore in fiscal 2008. The board has declared a dividend of 20 per cent. The overseas revenues for fiscal 2009 increased 41 per cent to Rs 450.9 crore and accounted for 88.6 per cent of the overall revenues.
