Asian Oilfield Services bags contracts of Rs 59.72 crore

MUMBAI: Asian Oilfield Services said it has secured two orders worth Rs 59.72 crore from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) India.

The order worth Rs 44.55 crore from ONGC Jorhat office for acquisition of 2D Seismic Data in Nagaland is to be executed within 400 operating days of the issue of the award of contract.

Further, it is extendable to acquire more data at mutually agreed terms and conditions, it said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Another order of Rs 15.17 crore is from ONGC Baroda office for providing Integrated Seismic Job Services & Shot Hole Drilling Services. The work on this project would start in December. - PTI
