Using WordArt

Create your styled WordArt text in Word and copy it to the Clipboard. Switch to FrontPage and paste it in. When you save the page, you'll be prompted to save the WordArt text as a GIF image. You won't be able to change the WordArt text in FrontPage, so you should save the Word document in a safe place.
