Is it possible to send fax using the modem? If so, how do I go about it? G.S. Gupta To send and receive fax using the modem, you will have to install the fax component in windows or install third-party software such as Messenger Plus or Quicklink Pro which you can download from http://www.efax.com/need/ and http://www.quicklaw.com/en/download/qlpro.html. For adding fax components in windows, please refer to the windows help as each OS has different procedures for adding the fax component. Windows help has a detailed step-by-step procedure for installing fax service. Please let us know in case of any problem and do mention your OS version. Solution by G. Rajah
