Voltas appoints Sanjay Johri as CEO-Designate

MUMBAI: Voltas Ltd has informed BSE that the board of directors has appointed Mr Sanjay Johri, President of the company as the Chief Executive Officer - Designate, with effect from November 30, to take over as the Managing Director upon retirement of Mr A. Soni, on April 22, 2010.

The terms and conditions of the appointment of Mr Sanjay Johri as the Managing Director of the company would be finalised/approved by the board in due course of time. — Our Bureau
