Omaxe repays Rs 300 cr loan ahead of loan term

MUMBAI: Realty developer Omaxe on Tuesday said it has fully repaid Rs 300 crore loan, availed from Indiabulls Financial Services, one year ahead of the loan term. In December 2007, the company had availed a term facility of Rs 300 crore from Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd for a period of three years, Omaxe said in a statement to the BSE.

The company had already prepaid Rs 201 crore from time to time. The company has now prepaid the balance amount of Rs 99 crore in full along with the interest due thereon, which was, otherwise, repayable on December 4, 2010, Omaxe said. - PTI
