Ridgeback Capital Asia picks up 14.8 per cent stake in Granules

MUMBAI: Granules India has sold 21.80 lakh shares representing 14.78 per cent in the company via a preferential allotment.

The Hyderabad-based API manufacturer allotted the shares to Ridgeback Capital on April 4, a regulatory filing on the BSE shows.

New Jersey-based investment company ISP Investco is also going to pick up around 13 per cent stake in Granules for Rs 23.33 crore through a preferential issue. - PTI
