Ranbaxy to up stake in Zenotech Labs

MUMBAI: Zenotech Laboratories Ltd has informed that its promoters and Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd (Ranbaxy) have executed definitive agreements for an increase in equity stake of Ranbaxy in Zenotech from 7% to 45%.

This involves purchase of 78,78,906 equity shares of Zenotech from the existing promoters held by Dr Jayaram Chigurupati and issue of 54,89,536 equity shares to Ranbaxy by Zenotech on preferential allotment basis.
