Kirloskar Oil to sell stake in jt venture cos

MUMBAI: Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd has informed BSE that the company will be selling its entire shareholding in the joint venture companies to Kirloskar Systems Ltd for a total consideration of around Rs 250 crore (subject to such approvals as may be nece ssary, including that of the shareholders of Kirloskar Systems Ltd under Section 372A of the Companies Act, 1956) and will be exiting the respective joint venture agreements. — Our Bureau
