Corporate Shree Renuka Sugars Q4 net jump two folds MUMBAI: Shree Renuka Sugars on Friday said its net profit jumped more than double at Rs 3.68 crore for the fourth quarter ended September 30, over the corresponding period a year ago. The company had a net profit of Rs 1.28 crore for the same quarter last fiscal, Shree Renuka Sugars said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. Total income rose to Rs 63.63 crore for the quarter under review, from Rs Rs 24.63 crore in the last year.
For the year ended September 30, Shree Renuka Sugars posted a net profit of Rs 13.39 crore, a 61.32 per cent rise against Rs 8.30 crore in the same period last year. Total Income rose to Rs 212.95 crore for the same period ended September 30, against Rs 96.82 crore in the period a year ago. Further, board has approved a dividend of 20 per cent (Rs 0.20 per equity share of Re 1 each) for the year ended September 30. Shares of the company closed at Rs 57.25, down 1.29 per cent on the BSE. - PTI
