HDFC concludes shares sale of Intelenet

MUMBAI: Home loan firm Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) Ltd on Wednesday said that it has concluded the sale of shares held by it in Intelenet Global Services Pvt Ltd (Intelenet). Intelenet ceases to be an associate firm of HDFC following the shares' sale. The shares of the company touched a 52-week high of Rs 2,415 in intra-day trading on the BSE. Later, the scrip closed 7.94 per cent up at Rs 2,354.15. - PTI
