Corporate NEW DELHI: After acquiring FM radio licences across the country, Anil Ambani-controlled Adlabs Films today said it is considering demerging the radio business as part of a reorganisation programme. "A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 22, inter alia, to also consider the proposal for the reorganisation of the Company and demerger of FM Radio business," the company informed the stock exchanges. Adlabs, which is a film processing major and operates multiplexes in various cities, made a splash in the FM radio market by bagging the maximum channels in the second phase of bidding. - PTI
