Tribhuvan Housing to split stock in 1:2

MUMBAI: Tribhuvan Housing on Tuesday said that it would split its shares in the ratio of 1:2. The shareholders at their extra-ordinary general meeting approved the subdivision of one share of Rs 10 into two shares of Rs 5 each, the firm informed the BSE .

Further, the EGM also approved the raising of the limit of foreign institutional investment in the company to 49 per cent.

Shares of Tribhuvan were trading at Rs 18.45 at the BSE in the afternoon trade, down 9.78 from the previous close. - PTI
