McNally Bharat sheds stake in arm

MUMBAI: McNally Bharat Engineering Company Ltd has informed BSE that the company has sold 1,48,598 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up of McNally Sayaji Engg Ltd to EIG (Mauritius) Ltd on October 20.

With this sale, the company’s holdings in McNally Sayaji Engineering Ltd have decreased from 64,78,296 (88.07 per cent of issued capital) equity shares to 63,29,698 equity shares (86.05 per cent of issued capital). — Our Bureau
