Kanoria Chem establishes caustic soda plant

MUMBAI: Kanoria Chemicals & Industries Ltd has informed the BSE that it has commissioned its second 110 tpa capacity caustic soda plant using the environment-friendly membrane cell technology.

The total manufacturing capacity of caustic soda now stands at 1.3 lakh tonne per annum. The expansion will also result in the increase in capacities of co-products- liquid chlorine and hydrochloric acid.
