Corporate Parsvnath to develop township project in Haryana NEW DELHI: Realty firm Parsvnath Developers on Monday said it has received approval from the Haryana government for a township project in the state, in which the company would invest about Rs 380 crore. The company has received the letter of intent for grant of licence from Director, Town and Country Planning, Haryana, for developing approximately 118 acres of integrated township in Sector 33 A, Rohtak, Haryana, Parsvnath said in a statement. The company would invest about Rs 380 crore in the project. “After setting our footprints across India, we are going to offer world class facilities to the residents of Rohtak,'' Parsvnath Developers Chairman Pradeep Jain said. The township project will have about 4 million sq ft of saleable area and would comprise plots, affordable homes, row houses, independent villas shopping, commercial along with school and dispensary. Parsvnath has acquired 118 acres land, fully paid and has complete possession to it. It intends to start development, construction and marketing activities soon after receiving all the approvals and completing all necessary formalities to obtain licence. - PTI
