Industry MUMBAI: Lehman Brothers Asia has consolidated its stake in IOL Broadband to 5.47 per cent, with the acquisition of 3.50 lakh shares on Qualified Institutional Placement basis last month. Lehman Brothers Asia, an account holder of Capital Growth Investment Funds Ltd has acquired 3.50 lakh shares amounting to 1.53 per cent stake in IOL Broadband. IOL Broadband informed the BSE that pursuant to this allotment, Lehman Brothers Asia, holds 12.50 lakh shares representing 5.47 per cent stake in it. - PTI
