SRF, Jaiprakash Hydro-Power down on F&O ban

MUMBAI: The shares of SRF and Jaiprakash Hydro-Power were down on Thursday after the stocks were banned in the F&O Segment. In the derivatives segment, the marketwide position limit in Jaiprakash Hydro-Power and SRF counters had reached 95% on December 5 and hence trading was banned in these counters.

On BSE, SRF clocked volume of 6.02 lakh shares. The stock had an average daily volume of 3.20 lakh shares on BSE in past one quarter. The scrip had touched a high of Rs 187 and a low of Rs 174 so far during the day.

Jaiprakash Hydro-Power was down Rs 4 or 3.30 per cent at Rs 116.80 and SRF declined Rs 12.25 or 6.65 per cent at Rs 171.50 on the BSE.
