Commodities Commodities prices remain unchanged CHENNAI: Most of the major commodities remained unchanged in the wholesale foodgrains market on Tuesday. However, moong dal moved up while madia declined. Moong dal rose by Rs 50 per quintal to Rs 3,800 from its previous close of Rs 3,750. Maida (90 kg) declined by Rs 20 to Rs 1,450 from its previous level of Rs 1,470. Thoor dal, urad dal, gram dal, suga r, wheat and sooji remained unaltered. Following are Tuesday's rates per quintal: Thoor dal (Rs 4,350), urad dal (Rs 4,150), moong dal (Rs 3,800), gram dal (Rs 3,100), sugar (Rs 1,525), wheat (Rs 1,500), maida (90 kg) Rs 1,450 and sooji (90 kg) Rs 1,500. - PTI
