AI plane engine catches fire; passengers safe

MUMBAI: An engine of a Riyadh-bound Air India plane with 213 passengers on board caught fire when it was taxiing for take-off here on Friday.

The fire was immediately put off and all passengers were safely evacuated, a Mumbai International Airport Ltd (MIAL) spokesperson said. - PTI
