General Monsoon vigorous in Konkan, Goa PUNE: The southwest Monsoon has been vigorous in Konkan and Goa and Marathwada and active in Orissa, Madhya Maharashtra, coastal Karnataka and Kerala, the met office said on Saturday. It has been subdued over Arunachal Pradesh, Saurashtra and Kutch, coastal Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu, it added. - PTI
