Cranes Software to increase stake in Esqube Communication

MUMBAI: Bangalore-based Cranes Software International on Friday said it would raise its stake in Esqube Communication Solutions to 76 per cent, from 15 per cent currently.

Cranes Software's board of directors has approved the proposal for raising the stake in Esqube, a provider of Digital Signal Processing, wireless and wired communications solutions, the company said in a filing with the stock exchanges.

However, the company did not disclose the amount it would pay to acquire the additional stake. Cranes Software provides enterprise statistical analytics and engineering simulation software products and solutions.

The shares of the company were trading at Rs 142 in afternoon trade, down 2.10 per cent, on the Bombay Stock Exchange. - PTI
