HCL Info gets legal nod for merger of subsidiary firm

MUMBAI: IT firm HCL Infosystems on Tuesday said it has received legal approval from high courts for the merger of its wholly-owned subsidiary firm Natural Technologies Pvt Ltd (NTPL) with itself.

High Court of Delhi and Rajasthan have sanctioned the scheme of amalgamation of NTPL with HCL Infosystems, it said in a filing to the BSE.

“NTPL stands dissolved without winding up,” HCL Info added. Shares of HCL Info were trading at Rs 114, down 0.52 per cent in the afternoon trade on the BSE. - PTI
