UTV signs agreement with US co

MUMBAI: Leading media and entertainment company UTV Software Communications Ltd has signed an agreement with US-based production company Overbrook Entertainment Inc for producing two full-length feature films.

In a filing on the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company said it had tied-up with Overbrook Entertainment for producing an English film and a full-length animated film.

The company added that its US-based subsidiary UTV Communications and Fox Searchlight Pictures Inc have also signed a distribution agreement for a film titled 'I Think I Love My Wife'. - PTI
