Financial Tech buys 90 per cent stake in ICX Platform

MUMBAI: Financial Technologies India Ltd has informed the BSE that it has acquired 90 per cent stake in ICX Platform (Pty) Ltd, a technology firm situated at Johannesburg, South Africa, having IPR and corporate ownership of electronic warehouse receipts technology, at a cost of $1.50 million, subject to applicable approvals and fulfillment of certain representations and warranties by the sellers of ICX.
