Airtel mobile internet recharge cards for Delhi prepaid users

NEW DELHI: Bharti Airtel on Sunday launched two mobile internet recharge vouchers for its prepaid users in the National Capital Region.

This is a significant initiative to make mobile internet more affordable and empower prepaid customers to control their internet usage, Airtel said in a statement. And for the first time recharge for internet usage has been launched on the 'electronic re charge' platform, it added.

The vouchers would be available for Rs 26 (valid over seven days and usage of 15 MB) and Rs 95 (valid over 30 days and usage of 100 MB). “This initiative marks our strategic intent to drive affordability in mobile internet connectivity and add value for our Prepaid customers,” Bharti Airtel Chief Executive Officer (Mobile Services - Delhi and NCR) Mr Shashi Arora said.

The introduction of these vouchers would enable customers to enjoy mobile Internet at only Rs 95 and Rs 26 per 15 MB, resulting in savings of up to 80 per cent on current competitive tariffs, it said. - PTI
