Silverline Tech bags IBM contract

MUMBAI: Silverline Technologies Ltd has announced that its technical support solutions subsidiary headquartered in Toronto, Canada has won a major account with IBM.

Silverline's latest client is an industry leader in Network Security products and solutions based in California, US with over 100 offices in over 45 countries. The company designs and sells Internet protocol network products and services.

Silverline's subsidiary, Millennium Care Inc, will provide 7/24 Level 1 help desk support for approximately 5,000 plus users. The help desk will log and track service calls. The support will include single point of contact for productivity software, oper ating systems, email, web browsers, utilities, hardware and networking. Millennium Care's combination of world-class tools, process and people will provide this technology giant with an integrated, centralised and scaleable end-to-end solution.

Mr Ravi Subramanian, Chairman of the company said, "We have bagged a multi-million, multi-year contract for providing our core competency services to another world leader. The project will demonstrate our ITIL expertise leveraging third party tools".
