Pritish Nandy to sell 40 lakh shares at Rs 70 each

MUMBAI: Media firm Pritish Nandy Communications Ltd said on Friday that it set a price of Rs 70 each to place 40 lakh equity shares with funds. The shares would be sold to the funds through the qualified institutional buyers route.
