Kavveri Telecom acquires Spotwave Wireless

MUMBAI: Kavveri Telecom Products Ltd has announced that it has acquired Spotwave Wireless Inc, US and Spotwave Wireless Inc, Canada, (www.spotwave.com) through the company's wholly owned Canadian subsidiary Kavveri Technologies Inc, Canada. Spotwave wire less is specialised in providing products for indoor wireless coverage solutions.

With this acquisition, the company is introducing intelligent adaptive repeater in-building solutions which will be a key addition to Kavveri's existing in-building product and services business.
