MUMBAI: NIIT Technologies announced on Tuesday that it will implement and maintain the cargo operations system at Jakarta, Bali and Surabaya Airports for PT JAS (PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta).

"The implementation of the system will ensure quicker processing of the cargo and boost the operational efficiency of the PT JAS ground handling services," PT JAS President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Hotasi DP Nababan, said.

The solution provides faster cargo turnaround, improved operational efficiency leading to reduction in costs, reduced cargo mishandling, faster and accurate information exchange and enhanced customer service. - PTI
