Info-Tech MUMBAI: Subex Azure Ltd on Thursday said that it would buy Canada's Syndesis Ltd for $164.5 million in an all cash deal. Subex, which sells software services to telecom companies, said it expects to close the deal on or before March 31. "If completed, this acquisition will allow Subex Azure to substantially expand not only its product portfolio, but also its addressable market," the company said in a statement. Syndesis will become a part of Subex Azure when the deal closes, the stateme nt added. "If completed, this acquisition will provide significant sources of new capital and resources to take advantage of growth opportunities," Mr John Lochow, Chief Executive of the Canadian software company, said in the statement.
