RCom appoints BSR & Co as auditor

MUMBAI: Reliance Communications (RCom) on Tuesday said it has appointed Mr SP Talwar as Director and BSR & Co Chartered Accountants, an Indian associate of KPMG, as auditor of the company.

The shareholders have also approved to appoint Chaturvedi & Shah Chartered Accountants as auditor, Reliance Comm said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. - PTI
