Info-Tech Prime Focus restructures operations into 3 verticals MUMBAI: BSE-listed global visual entertainment services major, Prime Focus has restructured its leading businesses into three verticals with a CEO in charge of each to drive its future growth. “We built our business from scratch and now that we have achieved a certain scale, we have set up these three verticals to focus on specific businesses to rapidly grow them,” Prime Focus Founder and Managing Director, Mr Namit Malhotra said here. The first is the film division headed by Mr Naresh Malik, the second, advertising and broadcast headed by Mr Ramki Sankaranarayanan and the third, visual effects, headed by Mr Bharath Sundar. “Each of these has a clear focus and agenda as also creative and budgetary expectations and our verticals will now be able to cater to them in a focused manner,” Mr Malhotra said. The film business which currently contributes around 55 per cent to the company's total revenues will offer end-to-end services right up to the final film-release stage, he said. - PTI
