Banking & Finance Yes Bank names Ajay Vohra as independent director MUMBAI: New-age private sector lender, Yes Bank, on Monday announced Mr Ajay Vohra as an independent director of the bank. The board of Yes Bank, which met on April 29, has approved the appointment of Mr Vohra as its independent director, said the bank in a press release issued today. Mr Vohra is presently the Managing Partner of the corporate, tax and business advisory of law firm Vaish Associates, which is a part of the World Law Group, the bank said. - PTI
