Tata Capital appoints J Niranjan as Head of investment banking

MUMBAI: Tata Capital on Friday announced the appointment of Mr J Niranjan as its Head of investment banking. Niranjan has spent over 17 years in the domain and his career encompasses wide experience over all aspects of investment banking in the country, a release stated.

Prior to joining Tata Capital, Mr Niranjan was the Managing Director and Co-Head of investment banking at CLSA India and has also spent over 15 years at ICICI Securities, heading the investment banking division there. Tata Capital's investment banking a rm will offer a full-spectrum of services that encompasses equity capital markets, debt capital markets and M&A advisory. - PTI
