PNB Gilts gets new MD

MUMBAI: Country's second largest public sector lender Punjab National Bank on Tuesday said it has appointed Mr S Ranganathan as the Managing Director of the bank's primary dealership arm PNB Gilts.

The bank has designated Mr S Ranganathan to take charge of PNB Gilts, PNB informed the Bombay Stock Exchange. PNB has over 74.07 per cent stake in primary dealership arm PNB Gilts. The bank plans to merge primary dealership business during the current fiscal. – PTI
