Creambell plans to ramp up presence

JAIPUR: Devyani Food Industries-owned Creambell Ice-cream on Tuesday announced its plans to ramp up its presence in western and southern regions.

Creambell Chief Operating Officer, Mr Nitin Arora said the company, which is largely focused in the northern region, in the first phase of expansion, would have presence in 10 key cities including Bangalore, Nagpur, Hyderabad, Pune and Mumbai.

“Our second plant in Goa would cater to the western and southern markets,” he said. The company has a plant in Baddi, which caters to the northern markets.

“We have launched four products - Succh Much Aaam, Mickey Stick, Triples and Premium 99 in 4 flavours (Orange Tang, Zafrani Pista, Chocolate Choco chips and Crunchy Butter Scotch). With new product lines coming up we are expecting to penetrate in the ex isting and expanding our distribution to western and southern markets,” he said. - PTI
