Marketing CHENNAI: The retailing division of Godrej and Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd on Wednesday launched its fourth ''Godrej Lifespace'' store in the City. The 6,000-square foot store has home and office furniture, security systems, appliances and lifestyle products. The company has invested about Rs 20 lakh in this store. Speaking to reporters at the launch, Mr Shyam Motwani, Vice-President and Business Head of the division, said the company planned to open three more stores in Chennai and one more in Coimbatore, which would be launched soon. Mr Motwani said the company was looking at Tier II and III cities to open more stores as these places "are where the action is". He added that the company planned to increase the number of Godrej Lifespace stores from the current 42 to 50 by the end of this fiscal. "We are targeting a turnover of Rs 100 crore from these stores in this fiscal," he said. - PTI
