Legal Nycomed files patent lawsuit against Glenmark Generics MUMBAI: Nycomed U.S. has filed a patent infringement lawsuit in the United States against Glenmark Generics Ltd, a unit of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd, the company said in a statement on Wednesday. The lawsuit was filed on December 12 against Glenmark for its fluticasone propionate skin lotion, which is the generic version of Nycomed's Cutivate.
